ANNOUNCEMENT - RESHUFFLE OF STARWORKS GLOBAL EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT

Announcement on the latest executive-level changes at Starworks Global Pte Ltd. ("Starworks").

We wish to advise Stakeholders of Starworks of the following appointments and changes to the executive management with immediate effect:

Appointment of Mr. Troy Bradbury, an Australian citizen, and International Marketing executive, to the position of Chief Executive Officer. Troy Bradbury will assume the position effective today and will manage the daily operations of the Group. He will relocate to Bali once travel options are available and in the interim, will telecommute daily from overseas.
Ms. Fransiska, an Indonesian citizen, and currently Starworks's Technical and Blockchain Project Director, assumes the role of President Director of the newly incorporated Indonesian subsidiary, PT. Starworks Technologies Indonesia, as well as head of StarLABS, the Group's Technology Development campus at Bali.
Starworks' current CEO and Co-Founder Mr. Graham James Bristow will replace Marzuki Usman as Chairman of the Starworks' Group. Pak Marzuki will continue in his role as consultant, mentor, and Financial and Capital Market advisor. Graham Bristow, in his new role as Group Chairman, will project manage the listing of Starworks' Cryptocurrency (StarX), on major Digitial Market Exchanges over the next few months while continuing to focus on the further development and evolution of Straworks's Blockchain technologies.
