The role of the QA Tester is to ensure that products, services, and processes meet the defined quality standards. Your responsibilities will include implementing and maintaining quality control procedures, conducting thorough tests, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address any quality issues. Your meticulous attention to detail, analytical mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement will be instrumental in ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
- Relevant certifications in software testing or quality assurance is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
- Understanding of different types of testing, such as functional, regression, and usability testing.
- Proficiency in using bug tracking systems and test management tools.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts and ability to read code.
- Ability to write and maintain automated test scripts..
- Willing to learn or be familiar with Typescript test scripts.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to create test plans and execute the cases.
- Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression and usability testing.
- Document and report test results, including any defects found.
- Assist in automation testing efforts and learn to create automated test scripts.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and contribute to process improvements.
