StarWORKS Global is a blockchain technology developer that is commercialising an integrated ecosystem of products & services aimed at streamlining and revolutionising the global Tourism and Hospitality industry. StarWORKS Global is actively seeking to recruit reliable support for reaching satisfaction and delivering our message to the clients and merchants of StarWORKS Global. Client Support will be responsible as a representative and support of StarWORKS Global to clients. You will learn StarWORKS Ecosystem product knowledge progressively, ensure feedback flows to all teams to improve the products, services, and technologies offered to clients and identify common user challenges and proactively find ways to improve our product and user experience.


Requirements

  • Female, Maximum 30 years of age. Bali-Based preferred.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years in related fields as client relations. Experience in
    eCommerce, marketplace and Crypto exchange platforms is a plus.
  • Must be able to operate MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications. Proficient
    using CRM Tools is a plus.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia for cross-
    border collaboration.
  • Have a basic knowledge about StarWORKS and its technology development area,
    willing to learn more progressively.
  • Expert in Presentation, Communication, Negotiation, Analytical, Problem Solving and
    Managerial Skills.
  • Energetic, honest, neat with excellent time management.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients accounts through open and
    interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and follow
    communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the
    time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Become an expert about StarWORKS and the entire StarWORKS ecosystem and help
    users to understand the technology, products, features, and all benefits of their specific
    needs.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, file documents and
    update the ageing report, weekly & monthly report.
  • Ensure feedback flows to all teams to improve the products, services, and technologies
    offered to customers.
  • Report to Chief Marketing Office compromising StarLabs President Director and other
    managers.
